Pre- mixed fertilizer mixing packaging and palletizing production line
This is a large-capacity fertilizer mixing and packaging production line customized by a Malaysian customer. The pre mixed fertilizer production line includes a raw material warehouse, conveyor belt, U-shaped conveyor belt, bucket elevator, horizontal ribbon mixer, 50KG feed packaging machine, finished product conveyor belt, and palletizer. After multiple different raw materials are put into the silo and mixed for the first time by the conveyor belt and U-shaped conveyor belt, they are fully mixed in the screw belt mixer, and the finished fertilizer is ready. Then the mixed fertilizer is stored in the finished product warehouse, packaged by two fertilizer packaging machines simultaneously, and finally palletized by a palletizer, completing a complete set of processes.
