      The screw elevator, horizontal powder mixer and small powder filling machine production line is specially designed for the powder industry, achieving full automation from vertical material conveying to efficient mixing and precise packaging. The design of the screw elevator solves the powder residue problem of traditional bucket elevators and is linked with the horizontal mixer to achieve precise batch feeding.
2. The powder horizontal mixer machine adopts a double-shaft impeller structure. The whole machine is made of stainless steel, which is wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant. It is suitable for various nano-powders to coarse particles, and the uniformity of material mixing can reach 99.9%.
3. The small powder filling machine adopts servo screws for precise measurement, eliminating weight deviation and reducing material waste.
 

Product Parameters

        The main structure of this machine consists of a screw elevator, a horizontal powder mixer and a small powder packaging machine. The powder materials are conveyed by the screw elevator to the mixer for thorough mixing, and then packaged into bags by the small powder packaging machine. The small powder packaging machine is equipped with an automatic weighing function. The system measures the actual weight of the filled powder. When the weight of the filled powder reaches the target weight value, the filling stops. Finally, the encapsulation is completed by manual operation. The fully automated process saves 80% of labor costs and increases the daily production capacity to 30,000 packs. The machine advantage is limitless of packing type:  suit for various material pouch/bag/sachet, also suit for filling various cans, bottle,  jars like glass/metal/plastic bottle, etc. In addition, we can also provide heat sealing machines (suitable for plastic /PE/PPE/POPE bags, etc.) according to customer needs.
