The screw elevator, horizontal powder mixer and small powder filling machine production line is specially designed for the powder industry, achieving full automation from vertical material conveying to efficient mixing and precise packaging. 1.This production line adopts a seamless material transfer system, fully leveraging the advantages of full-process collaboration and doubling efficiency. The design of the screw elevator solves the powder residue problem of traditional bucket elevators and is linked with the horizontal mixer to achieve precise batch feeding.
2. The powder horizontal mixer machine adopts a double-shaft impeller structure. The whole machine is made of stainless steel, which is wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant. It is suitable for various nano-powders to coarse particles, and the uniformity of material mixing can reach 99.9%.
3. The small powder filling machine adopts servo screws for precise measurement, eliminating weight deviation and reducing material waste.
