The powder weighing and filling machine is a semi-automatic powder filling machine that integrates screw feeding and weighing measurement. It is specially designed for small batch, multiple specifications, and high-precision powder packaging requirements. It does not rely on complex automated conveying lines. Just place the containers (such as bags, bottles, and cans) manually, and the equipment can automatically complete weighing, filling, and discharging. It stops automatically when reaching the preset weight. The operation is simple and flexible. 

Product Features

1.Screw weighing, with excellent accuracy. During the coarse feeding stage, the screw discharges materials rapidly. When approaching the target weight, it switches to slow pulse feeding. Combined with high-precision weighing sensors, it ensures that the filling accuracy of each portion remains stable within ±0.5% - 1%. 
2.Multi-functional, it can be used in various forms bags, bottles, cans. Through adjustable container supports or clamping devices, it can be compatible with different-sized and height packaging containers: self-standing bags, prefabricated bags, plastic bottles, glass bottles, metal cans, plastic bottles, etc. 
3.Adaptable to various powders. Different custom screws with different pitches and outer diameters can be selected according to the characteristics of different powders (flowability, particle size, adhesiveness). Fine powders (flour), granular powders (washing powder), and powders with poor flowability (protein powder) can all be used. 
4.Easy to operate and fast to change production. The target weight and feeding speed parameters can be set with just one click. The entire machine adopts a quick disassembly structure, allowing the screw, hopper and discharge port to be easily disassembled and cleaned, meeting the GMP requirements for food and medicine. 
5.Semi-automatic design, with high cost-effectiveness. Compared to fully automatic packaging lines, this machine has lower investment, smaller footprint, and lower maintenance requirements. It can be combined with various packaging equipment, making it more flexible.
