The pyramid tea bag packing machine is suit for packing filling various tea and herb leaves such as powder tea, granule tea, Sri Lanka tea/red tea, green tea, health herbs tea, nutrition tea etc. This machine combine the function of automatic tea weighing and filling, tea bag forming and making, tea bag cutting and sealing, date coding etc. This is much improvement compared with traditional manual packing: the packing efficient and capacity is much higher, the sealing tea bag is more satisfactory.

If the packing film of tea bag is fixed with paper tag and cotton string, the finished tea bag is also fixed with paper tag and cotton string, it is much convenient for consumer drink this tea bag. The machine adopt the principle of ultra sonic cutting and sealing, this will making the bag cutting is more evenly than traditional knife cutting and heat-sealing, for the ultra sonic is more quiet running and tea bag sealing welding is more rigid, the tea bag is hardly crack and broken even soaked in 100 ºC hot water.
