Product Description
This equipment is a fully automatic packaging solution for pre-made bags specially designed for powdered materials such as milk powder, seasoning powder, medicinal powder, and chemical powder. Through horizontal layout and single-station integrated operation, it realizes the entire process of automatic bag picking, bag opening, quantitative filling, heat sealing, and output of pre-made bags. The single-machine speed can reach 20-30 bags per minute, and it is suitable for various packaging specifications. Meet the core demands of the food, chemical and other industries for high-precision and flexible production.
1.The operating system of the Chinese and English display screens and the parameter setting are convenient and fast.
2. The machine adopts a PLC control system. The system is set with a bag clamping servo to automatically adjust the bag width. It automatically stops when no bag is detected. The operation is simple and convenient.
3. It is suitable for packaging products of various powders, liquids, granules, etc.
4.Optional measurement methods such as material trays, measuring cups, screws, electronic scales, and liquid pumps can be adopted to make the measurement error more stable.
5. Temperature-independent PID control, better suitable for various packaging materials.
6. All controls are implemented by software, facilitating functional adjustments and technical upgrades.
