Working Priciples:

1. Low temperature sterilization. Heat the juice or fresh milk to 75~95 ° C (generally 85 ° C) and keep warm for 15~16 seconds. Short sterilization time, high efficiency. 
2. At this temperature, harmful bacteria can be killed, beneficial bacteria are retained, and nutrients are basically not lost. 
3. It can not only achieve safe drinking standards, but also retain the original flavor, taste and nutritional composition of the drink to a large extent. 
4. The product can be stored for about 7 days under the refrigeration condition of 2~6ºC.
