Z type Bucket elevator conveyor (also called bucket elevator) consists of frame, buckets, chains, sprockets, control box and other accessory are used to vertically convey bulk or loose materials efficiently.Bucket elevators can elevate a variety of bulk materials from light to heavy and from loose, flowing fine materials to larger, partially fragile objects.
This bucket elevator machine is made of 304 stainless steel(machine body) and plastic (PP bucket) which is food grade and healthy. It can be controlled automatically with easy operation. Vertical conveying type can save space while in packing lines.
Application of Z type bucket elevator
Z type bucket elevator is used mainly to convey the solid materials or crispy, frozen food, such as nuts, dried fruits, frozen dumplings, meatballs, spices, rice, grains, beans, chip potato , candy, pet food, herbs, etc.It usually be used in food packaging production line line, especially in automatic multi head weighing packing machine line, and with high working efficiency for conveying the raw material.
