Product Description
The Silicone kneader mixing machine is a horizontal double-shaft parallel type. The half shaft system is Z-shaped. The paddles are arranged along the Archimedean spiral line. The two paddles are horizontally arranged and rotate towards each other at different speeds.
When in operation, the motor drives the driving paddle through the reducer, and then the driven paddle is driven by the running gear. The helical blades of the stirring paddle drive the material to perform both axial and radial extrusion. It performs both high-speed extrusion and low-speed extrusion. It performs both extrusion and separation movements, allowing the materials to be thoroughly kneaded, rubbed, blended and mixed evenly, accelerating the physical and chemical reactions of the materials.
